Nice Unit ... What I Learned ... Phones have different sized connector plugs for the Receiver and for the Base Unit ... These usually are RJ9 and RJ11 ... So, you may not be able to interconnect or Interchange parts between the two. There may be nothing to connect using Cordless phones. Otherwise, beyond this, you should be okay.

Will not work with my phone. It did not state that the unit would not work with handsets that that have keypads in handset. Designed for older phone types with wired handset and keypad base. Totally useless to me.

Clarity Telephone HA40 Handset Amplifier works as hoped for
I am 83 and use hearing aids. But my phone was still hard to hear. This unit allows me to hear from my telephone handset at a volume level I can control very simply, by a sliding lever. I also have a tone control, for more treble or more bas. Works great!

best one ever, and it Works, l tried it today, and the sound on it is fantastic, l no it is exspensive, but if you are hard of hearing like l am you will be glad you got one, dont waste your money on the other ones, they are rubbish. but this one l would give l00 per cent. very easy to set up.
