This is probably one of the best if not the best countertop deep fryers on the market. It has a large capacity and it cooks perfectly. It is super easy to clean due to the built in drain tube system. The deep fryer has a 2 stage filter system which enormously reduces the amount of deep frying odour which occurs when cooking. I cannot say enough good things about this fryer and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
