I'm running the sound thru a high end Yamaha receiver. Works great for a while, and then the sound just...stops. I check settings & see that it's still transmitting to the receiver but no sound. Did not have this problem ever with the Samsung TV this replaced. I can sometimes solve it by turning the receiver on and off. But not always. Sometimes I have to physically unplug the HDMI cable & replug it in. Don't know if this is a bug in just my TV or all the 65Q80Rs.

The picture is great. The sound output is digital only. Unable to get it to work with internal tv apps surround...Talked with samsung there idiots. Had Samsung sent a tech and I was home all day. No show. I was in the garage with doors open. Tech went to front door didn't bother checking garage or calling, He could of sounded the truck horn. Not happy. My tv still is not right.

I've been very pleased with screen image. The Prime Video button connects to Apple Video. The remote is fairly easy to use, although I wish there was an actual "Source" button. The "Ambiance" button could be better utilized.
