The LG Cord Zero Vacuum does a great job on steps and hardwood floors. It struggles a bit with very thick carpeting but otherwise does a fine job on short to medium carpet height. A full charge last for over an hour of constant operation and the vacuum of quiet and easy to operate, and easy to empty. Yes The vacuum and attachments live on the charging base when not in use.

My entire home is run by LG products. I assumed that a vacuum cleaner produced by LG would continue my reliable purchase from this company. Sadly disappointed. Battery needs to be on turbo setting to clean and doesn’t last for one room cleaning. The power brushes do not pick up half of debris. At best it might be suitable for automotive detailing.

I gave this vacuum 4 stars because I have had it only a few weeks. I took a chance on refurbished because of the price. I wouldn't pay $599 that I have seen new. It is great not fighting a cord and at our age in 70s not having to worry about tripping over the cord. It comes with 2 batteries so enough to do the job. However we don't have dogs that shed a lot. Will have to see after about a year how durable. Also liked the 2 yr warranty that came with it no extra charge. The container doesn't hold very much and with a lot of hair could be a challenge. It is good for quick pickup. A major con is carrying attachments around and a separate attachment for floor. We have hardwood on main floor,wall to wall in basement it does job for us. So far I am happy with ebay purchase.

I bought this vacuum to do stairs when I clean homes as my large FilterQueen is not easy on stairs but the LG Cordzero has a lot of power and I’ve found myself using it more than I thought, you could probably clean your home with this unit as your regular vacuum you just might have to empty it more often. Great machine and price!
