To preface: I got this to be a bench top power supply hoping for somewhere near to the upper range of 12 volts. Others seem to have found 12.6, 12.8, with these supplies, unloaded. No-load voltage was 12.2, slight load (about 10-20 watts: just turning the radio on) was 11.9, and adding an additional 10-20 watts (transmitting at 5-10 watts) dropped the voltage below 11.8, which reset the radio. Even adjusting the voltage pot only saw a max no-load voltage of 12.5 to 12.6, slight load 12.3, slightly more load back to 11.9. Maybe this works if the low 12’s or high 11’s is adequate for your projected use. However, this is not an inexpensive solution for radio work. Otherwise, the device worked fine and was in good repair.

Appears to work well, price reasonable. Photo attached shows how I powered it up. A 21K resistor between pins 36 & 37 as well as pin 33 to ground. Please don't judge my quick solder and poor choice of wires, I was impatient.
