This neutral feedback is against the item, not the seller other then the seller needs to detail the dimensions of the tool holder slot. It enables a 5/8" (16mm) tool shank to be held, but the depth is the same as the 12mm/1/2" version of this QCTP holder. This needs to be deep enough so a square shank is held within the tool, i.e. does not overhang along the long edge of the tool shank.

Outstanding Customer Service 👌 👍 👏. One of my coil packs was broken in transit between UPS and USPS to my mailbox. I contacted seller thru ebay app and provided photos of damage and Seller sent me a whole new set in the mail. Coils with plug wires and boots fix perfectly on my 2007 Honda Shadow VLX 600 and are definitely making her purr again like new and Gas mileage has improved. The plug wires had plenty of length to route and trim off excess. 17 year old coil pack needed the update.
