Nice idea, but designed incorrectly
This tool is well built and rugged, but it's a poor design. It requires the crankshaft to be rotated in the counterclockwise direction when either removing or installing the belt depending on the belt configuration. In other words, you can only employ the tool by removing a belt by turning it in one direction and then installing the same belt by turning it in the opposite direction. Turning an engine in the opposite way that it was engineered can possibly relieve pressure on timing belt tensioners and cause engine damage.This tool is well built and rugged, but it's a poor design. It seems legit. Feels strong and very good quality. Also it has a magnet so u don't have to hold it while turning the pulley. Again I haven't tried it so hopefully when I do it's well worth it.
