No problems - excellent small, light weight air conditioner. Only wish that the "fan" option moved more air - it creates similar noise levels as the air conditioning, but seems to move very little air compared to a regular window fan.

This was nasty to install in the window frame. I had to have a window and frame made for the space closure. I have a side sliding window and this unit is not made for anything but drop down installation. Once installed it is very loud and the air flow is out of the top and distribution is poor. I used it the first year and didn't bother putting it in for the last 2 years.

I purchased this for my spare/guest room which is on the second floor. The room is about 12' x 10' and this unit is just right for this size. For a larger room I would purchase a larger unit.

It was a really hot summer and i had a newborn and the heat made us both miserable i ended up needing to stay in my room with the door closed because otherwise it wouldnt get cool enough but with doors kept closed it helped get us through the summer. It was definately a good investment. It was pretty loud, and made the electric bill spike but it was easy to install and easy to use.
