The laptop isn't that bad necessarily, the only problem I had was the hinges. It was really small support and it can cause actual problems. Another thing is it's speed, I feel like using it the modern day can be slow and I rather buy an i3-5th gen laptop and it would work better. Not bad laptop but I think the processor is old and behind. Better to get a AMD Ryzen laptop then a AMD-A series laptop. Never the less, it's good. It's not all power but it's good for normal use.

Purchased for someone else. Reasonable laptop for the price. Lots of bloatware that needed to be removed though. And the keyboard seemed to have a slight hump to the right of the spacebar, although it wasn't overly distracting.

The laptop arrived fast. Once powered up it ran very slowly. Blote ware. Once I cleaned it out I installed the free windows 10 and all is fine as of the first week.

Definitely should have wrapped in bubble before shipping. It got some dents all over the top of it since it and the cord were the only thing in such a thick box. Some newspaper, cotton, anything to absorb the hits would have been helpful. I've turned it on and booted it up. I haven't actually tried anything yet with it.
