I don't generally give anything 5 stars unless it's just perfect. I have had this phone for a couple of weeks now, and whileI can't say this phone is perfect, it sure does work well, is well designed, fast and the sound quality is first rate. This is especially important for those of you like me that use the phone to play wave files through external speakers or headphones. I researched a lot of phones before buying this one and chose it because it had high ratings for audio -- which it deserves. Aside from the good audio qualities, its tough (I dropped it at the job site and it wasn't fazed) and easy to use. I read some reviews that said it heated up a lot but I haven't had that issue at all. Battery life is OK. It will last you the day through normal use. I just got 100gb of free Drive space from Google, so that's something. I wouldn't mind if it was a little smaller than it is. What passes for mini is not exactly mini in my mind, then again it probably needs to be the size it is in order to have the functions it has. HTC company have very shart interface for their phones that improve the graphics, I am impressed with this one with camera performance, it can throw light on an object without flash on, mostly indoor shots. But the battery don't perform well it draines even when it's completely off. And it takes time to chanrge up to 100% Aside this I am impressed with it smart camera and potable look.

I used this phone on a recent trip to Argentina and love the elegant design and thinness making it feel great in the hand. I ended up giving it away to a friend (because phones are very expensive there) and I'm back to a cheapy plastic phone :(. Miss the aluminum clad HTC One Mini.
