This is a nice light weight computer with a great keyboard feel. The screen is bright and makes my average photos look great. Office 2016 and installed without a problem once the firewall was turned off. My HP all in one printer worked with only minor setting changes. The computer fan is a bit on the noisy side, but great cooling usually adds to a computer's expected life. Note: Windows 10 gets some getting use to. After a few hours of use, I'm even beginning to like it.

I’m currently a member of the United States military and ordered this product to do the many many things the military requires that you do online. I got to use the laptop twice before It began to freeze and lockup after every single startup. This product is not worth it as it does not come from a reliable source. I am currently stuck with out a laptop that I can rely on when one is absolutely necessary.
