Runs quick enough, the initial configuration/setup of Windows was a breeze and computer seems to be fairly responsive however on my particular one the function buttons for the keyboard to raise or lower the brightness were not working. Exterior has just a few slight blemishes as indicated on the product description. Overall its a versatile laptop that handles Windows 10 as good or better than you might expect

The price is great, and shipping is fast. but when i got it it has two hairline cracks on the screen. I am leaving out of the country and i have no choice but to use it and hope the cracks do not get larger. The laptop works great.

This refurbished silver colored laptop is great, it has everything I need on a computer and not bad for the price, and fast shipping. I don't know what the battery life span is but I can always purchase another battery if the original one goes bad. The typing is smooth, but if you are a fast Typer, you have to watch the words you type closely because it is easy to mis spell words on this pad. DVD player and card reader works great, lots of space if you want to keep lots of pictures, videos and documents, so overall it's a good machine.

The product did arrive slightly scratched. But being an older product that has been refurbished, this is to be expected. It powers up quickly and performs at an above average speed. My wife says the keyboard performs well and that the keys are easy to press.

I can't tell about the battery life since I haven't yet tested it, but this is a good size and came with just the right software--I only added iTunes and Audacity so far, so it is ready for work when it gets here. This model is a bit heavy--5.6 lbs, but the price was excellent, especially with the software already on it. The display works well, I liked the number of ports and the fact that it had a DVD drive on it (another thing that will compromise the weight, but very handy). I haven't yet tried to record a lecture on this, so can't comment on the microphone yet, but the speakers are more than adequate. I would also say the keyboard has the right sensitivity to make typing easy without suddenly having more characters on your screen than you planned or having to bear down.
