Would purchase again. Only wish there were more watch faces, bands, and I wish I could listen to milk radio on the watch instead of it controlling and playing from my phone. I think it's capable of that with speaker and it has it's own dedicated music player, but with 4GB of internal storage it's pointless to me. You'd think internet radio would work fine on it. Those are my only gripes about it really everything else is pretty good with it. Love that I can dial out on it and make my phone calls and text with a full keyboard even though the screen is still small. I recommend this if you have one of the main samsung galaxy line up phones, you want a watch that can not only tell you the time, but also count your steps, give you your heart rate, receive your texts when you can't pull your phone out, take phone calls, and basically do most of what your phone can do, but conveniently on your wrist. The battery lasts into the next day with normal usage. So it's on par with what it's said to be.Read full review

The developers at Samsung are all over the place, and the consumers are expected to finance their folly. They discontinued the Gear S, instead of keeping its superior dorm factor, and developing it further. They replaced it with a product, that they could've simply added to their catalog. Also, it's incompatibility with other products such as tablets, and laptops is completely birdbrained! This watch could've easily simplified certain consumers load, by eliminating the necessity of carrying another phone(the watch is able to send, and receive phone calls independently), and tablet/laptop. They must think long term value, and convenience for the consumer...and, they will still make profits by doing so, if they have superior products, which in my opinion they do.

Works great, battery lasts a day and a half, which is better than my moto 360. Love the size and the usability of the watch, can easily read whole texts, emails, notifications in general and reply to them straight from my wrist. Only downside in my opinion is the battery dock. It literally broke 2 minutes after opening the package, we'll the "locking clamps" are made from cheap plastic and are tiny.... figures! If you can overlook the battery dock issue this is an awesome watch!

Since I have only used this smart watch when connected to my galaxy S5, I will only comment on that aspect of this watch. I find it very convenient to do much of the routine things i do on my smart phone(i.e. Check and Reply to texts[even whatsapp messages],track runs through the Nike Running app and S Health, even answer phone calls!). When moving about the office at work, I dont have to worry about always carrying around my phone, since the watch will connect to the phone via Bluetooth(when in range) or wifi(BT not in range). I also appreciate the feature where it can control the music on your phone, although sometimes this feature doesn't work completely(example: sometimes i can change the song, adjust the volume and even pause the song..however most of the times I can only adjust the volume. This feature would be perfect if the changing the songs worked all the time.) As for the watch itself, it looks great even though it's quite big. IMO, the curved screen gives it a sexy sleek look and makes the bigger size less off putting. The dispay looks great though and i love the screen real estate when texting. The clasp on the band takes some getting used to, but once you do it's easy to secure it and remove it from your wrist. I've seen many bad reviews on the charging cradle so that has me a bit nervous. Ive been using it about 2 weeks now and I try to be extra careful when attaching the cradle to the watch. So far, it's easy to attach and can charge the watch without the wire which is a nice handy feature. The battery life is quite good though, I can usually get a little over a day usage. Again, I can't speak to how the battery life holds up when using the stand-alone feature. I plan to get a sim card for it to test that aspect tho. Overall, it's definitely a nice way to enter the smart watch game, I chose this over the Gear S2 since I didnt want to spend that much on a smart watch and also i prefer the rectangular design to the circular. I'm quite happy with the purchase and love showing people what it can do since it will definitely demand attention.Read full review

Pros: Really nice watch with lots of functions. Huge screen to see alerts Really nice band fits really comfortable around my wrist Cons: The charger is really fragile and break really easy I wish you could plug directly into the watch. Luckily the charger is not that expensive but I would get more than one because it's gonna break
