It is a good, well balanced equipment, very powerful motor, line advance is okay not great One thing bad is that it is VERY LOUD. You need ear protection along with the eye protection. Good adjustments. Edging is not very good like a blade edger.

For light brush, heavy brush and it uses up string. Sharpening the string-cutter should fix that though, as it is really DULL causing the string to be pulled-out excessively (same theory as with heavy bush). I use mine "stringed-backwards" (manual-feed); and, the cutter eventually FELL-OFF!!! Lost the 2nd tyme. Will just have to make another. Bit worried how long the electric motor & "snake" will last. Still better'n buying gas for over US$5.00+ per Gallon IMO!!! People seem confused & misguided on the real issue on excessive string-use; so, there you have it! Update 06/2020: Snake overheats due to lack of lubrication, melting the following plastic parts: 90589746, 90583594N, SF-080 Might as well go ahead and re-lube the two bearings in the head at the same time. Loosen the two screws on the head-to-snake's housing to gain access/replace the spool housing (5/32" allen & #2 Philips), pull out (I re-melted mine back on for now). GOOD: It is a good buy for the money as far as power for normal yard work (edging, cutting weeds). BAD: That said, it is an AUTO String Feeder and that part is useless. Mostly because it feeds string to fast and constantly need to refill it. I use it by blocking the string feeder mechanism. Then I frequently have to stop work when the string breaks or gets worn down to short. I open the string area and manually set the string out a few inches, put it back together, and trim the string to the right length.
