There are plenty of manufacturers with two-wheeled backpacks, was looking for a four wheeled version, and this Samsonite was one of two brands currently available. Four wheels are better than two as the bag can be pushed instead pulled down a narrow airplane aisle. The bag worked extremely well for a week long excursion to big island Hawaii. Very roomy and the accessory pockets came in handy for all sorts of things from water bottles and lunch to quick removal of baggies for liquids at the airport TSA checkpoint. I especially liked the quick change artistry of rolling to carrying the bag as a backpack virtually instantaneously. I have also used it to carry bottled water back from the grocery store, so it's now being used for more than just vacations and weekend getaways. The only quibble I have with the bag is the soft grab handle at the top of the bag: many expensive versions of Samsonite's non-wheeled book bags have a rubber molded handle and so should this bag. Otherwise it is almost perfect.
