It is indeed light and comfortable. One thing that is worth mentioning - if the battery is not fully in its compartment, sound may interrupt. Noise cancelling do work, better during flights - it really seriously helps. Ear cushions are nice and soft and well ventilated - no moisture during long listening. All in all, I do recommend these headphones.

I just wanted some headphones to drown out the noise in the office without shelling out a full day's pay. The noise-cancelling feature is actually kind of cool; you flip a switch and noise just disappears...mostly. I like that you can detach the cable if you aren't listening to music and just want to dull the noise. The headband is pretty uncomfortable but it's easy to put a little padding on it. My least favorite part is how uncomfortable the ear pads are. They are flat so the padding sits on your outer ear which probably would hurt so much if I didn't wear glasses but they do push my ears into my glasses and give me a headache. To lessen this, I just move the headphones back a bit or try to tilt my glasses. It's not ideal but it's also not $200 so you get what you pay for. All said and done, these are not a bad buy if you can't stomach $200 for some quality noise-cancelling headphones.Read full review

Cons: these are very snug on your melon. If you wear earrings, you will have to remove them. If your claustrophobic, you may have issues. Tried the nose canceling feature and honestly i could not tell the difference. Pros: awesome sound! Crank those puppies up. Nice and compact. Excellent for traveling. I would like to add that after a 14 hr flight - the Pinnia and Tragus (cartilage of the ear) was so sore, I could not touch my ears because of the pain/ pressure of these. If you have a large head, I would not wear these. I haven't worn them since April.
After considering others in this line, I purchased these basically because of the name that I'm familiar with. After getting them out to test drive so to speak, I find that they are really tight to my head, which I never thought was part of the reason for being called "Noise Cancelling". I found it hard to wear them for more than 12 minutes, while listening to some tunes. The sound quality I thought was par, and not exceptional, like some other brand names I have. I know my hearing isn't what it used to be, as my high pitches are lacking, but still find these not as good as prior purchases in the headphone industry. I listen to a lot of the 60's and 70's music and so the music I hear from the phones, is quite rocking and rolling. I found them to dull or tone down the bass and whatnot, but as with any of this kind of equipment, it takes good equipment to produce good sounds. I gave this a 3 star based on the wearable use and the sound quality.Read full review
I expected not to be able to hear all the other outside noises while I was wearing these headphones. Wrong. I can still pretty much hear everything I could hear before. The sound quality is decent. The button that is supposed to turn on the noise reduction merely muffles sound a bit and also emits a slight hissing noise. These are also much smaller than they look in the picture. I was quite disappointed when they arrived and discovered that they are not a "full size" pair of headphones.
