This thing is amazing. Super easy setup, fills within hours. The heating took 3 days to get to 104 but that’s because it’s been very cold temps here. It runs like a champ even in cold weather and haven’t had problems. Figuring out the chemical balance takes a little practice but nothing too crazy to handle. Easy to use and love the soft floor, so comfortable to sit on.

Set up is very simple. No tools required. Just needs an outlet. Not impressed with the heater at all. It took over 24 hour to reach 104 from 62. Even with the cover on all day the heat source is running to maintain temperature and its we are in mid summer. As soon as the cover is removed the temperature starts dropping. 2 degrees in about 20 minutes. If you turn on the bubbles its dramatically faster. Over all its a nice hot soak comfortably for two people max. Not sure how well its going to maintain temperature in the fall. They should have used a larger heated and just required a specific power supply. I would buy again for a few hundred less. Not sure about longevity yet. I'm hoping to get a fee years use out of it. Still beats the cost of a real hottub considering it only gets used a few times a week for 20 mins or so. It would be better if they provided seats as well. Read full review

I prefer the max temp of 104 but because it runs on a 110 circuit and it takes "rest periods" where it stays at 102 for fairly long periods timing becomes important. Going from 102 to 104 requires close monitoring to catch it at 104. Now, aside from my whining, it is a very sturdy material, and although the bubble action isn't to be confused with jets it does appear to be worth its price. I'm not looking forward to cold weather only because the manufacturer recommends storage at below 40F. One last thing, the manufacturer says to not use it in the rain. I live in Oregon. We don't see the sun for 5 months out of the year so I bought a canopy and put it over the tub. It is well covered and rain or shine ........................ These are not a big complaint. It's at 104 right now and if will hold for an hour or so I'll be in it.Read full review

The spa feels amazing! The good thing about the spa is it makes your muscles feel better and the heat in it is great too..It is alot to care for chemical wise, learning how to get the levels right they don't give you much information on that part! But other than that I strongly recommend this spa!

This is our second now. The first lasted 3.5 years and then slow leak from seam. The price has increased by 50-100% during COVID but we just love it. It's been perfect for my now 3yo to cruise around in.
