I've had the Note 10.1 for 3 y. Enjoy the way a tablet shouldwork 1ears and always wished I had bought the larger 12.2. Now I . have one and love it. It has all the features off the 10.1 and I am learning a couple new things that it does. I waited to see if Samsung would come out with atop line 2016 Note. Since they did not I still decided to go with a 2014 technology. Just Know that Samsung does not sell the chargers and Cords anymore and you need the 3 charging cord. I always thought that a stylus was the input method that made the most sense, Now that hand writing recognition is almost perfect I'm surprised Samsung has not continued with the Note line. Once you have tried a Note you won't settle for a tablet. As soon as the Note 7 Stops exploding I'm shelling out the backs for One. The battery life on my Note is about 7-9 hours of constant use. But the battery is over 2 years old. If I do turn off the screen the battery does not lose power . Enjoy the way a tablet should Work!Read full review

Not a good product. I googled and you-tubed the description before purchase and the graphics are very different. It does not have a virtual scroll on the screen, the sound is not all that great, it is very slow, and it seems smaller that my childs previous 10.1 Samsung tablet which is an older version, so my guess is that it is a 10 inch....maybe. Also as you can see the tablet clearly looks colored but physically it is not.....maybe it was refurbished but was not mentioned in the description. It is a WI-fi product which sucks, because my child can only use it home and anyplace supporting WI-FI and can't use it while traveling in our car (but I knew by the description that it supports WI-FI, but didn't know it was ONLY WI-FI)..

The Samsung is only a little bit laggy. It is still faster than any computer in the house. All the programs so far are working well. I'm disappointed that it doesn't have screen mirroring, however. I'd been looking forward to using it with our big screen. The screen responds well to touch. Screen quality is quite good, not comparing it to an Apple Retina screen. By its own rights, it is really bright and easy to read. The camera isn't marvelous, but I won't complain. It's decent enough for a tablet. I like the system the Galaxy runs.. Very easy to use and thus far, smooth (albeit a tiny bit on the laggy side. Nothing drastically frustrating, just short pauses during transitions between windows/programs) In all, it is a good tablet, especially for the price. There are downsides, as with any electronic, but if you like Android, this tablet will suit you well if you aren't wanting top-of-the-line prices.Read full review
I own two of these tablets because the first one developed an internal glitch between port a SD card . But I can not live without my pro note. I had to wait until I could gather the amount of money it takes to buy amother and in the mean time I bought a samsung pro tablet with window 10 on payments. I don't like this one as much as my pro note. They are able to do almost everything I used to do on a computer PLUS I can do my digital art using the S note. I love the camera for taking photos of my portfolio. I have other Samsung cameras but seem to come back to this tablet for the portfolio work. I doubt I can say anything negative about this pro note. I absolutely love this tablet and can not live without one.

I bought this to use as an extra pad to use as a monitor for a security system's cameras. I will mount it somewhere in the house where access to the cameras is needed. Until I decide where to put it I have been using it. I am a Mac/IPhone/IPad person but am open to other products. I consider myself a second generation purchaser of new products, meaning the second version after the initial release figuring that the most glaring faults will have been taken care of. I know that the Galaxy Tab has been availaboe for awhile and currently the Tab 4 isthe newest. I like most of everything this tablet has to offer witn a couple of exceptions that are important enough for me to give it an average rating. The screen resolution is beautiful with vibrant colors and a nice size. However it is not responsive enough. I have had issues where I have had to touch the screen several times to get links to open. All of the issues have been when I am on the Internet. Opening Apps from the desktop have not been a problem. My other problem is related to it's speed when using the Internet or streaming movies over my home network. I did a side by side with my IPad 2 streaming a movie from my network hard drive and the Tab took 10 seconds longer to start a movie and then continually buffered whereas the IPad didn't. The Internet as a whole is slower using the Tab than the IPad. I am mot very technical but I am assuming that the reason for the lack of speed has to do with the WiFi. I am running Android version 4.2.2. Would I buy this again? Yes, as a second one. If I didn't have the IPad to compare it to I would love it. In reality I only moderatelu like it because of the speed issues in addition the fit and finish is not as attractive as the IPad. The Tab looks nice, but does not have as solid of a feel as the IPad. The Android OS has some flash but is not as intuitive as the IPad's OS.Read full review
