I had an S-III for five years but got a new phone because the original's battery got to a point where it would last only a day. The phone I received works well in every aspect but the new battery is not much better. Overall a good buy.

Bought a used replacement of the same smartphone I had because it's mostly just a phone and web-surfing device. Don't care about fancy features, downloading a lot of apps, or gaming. I am disappointed with the quality of the camera, however. The focus is consistently poor.

I bought this refurbished phone as a replacement for my Samsung Straosphere 2. Very happy with the purchase. I really love how beautiful the display on this phone is. Not too big and not too small. Perfect size, it still fits in the back pocket of my jeans. (a big thing for me) The signal seems to be worse in my house than with my Stratosphere 2. Not sure why??? Due to this fact, I'm looking into purchasing a signal booster for in my house. Kinda annoying. I would have thought new phone better or same signal strength strength, not worse :/ But other than getting used to only having a virtual keyboard (stratosphere 2 had a physical keyboard)and the loss of signal strength in my house, I LOVE IT!!!
We love the screen resolution. Better than the IPhone( I have two). I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend. I had one from straight talk that one was highly stripped down compared to this one. He fell in love with the screen and size. Battery life sucks until you disable the bloat ware. I sold my straight talk because it was a junk. His is great. Do not own this phone without a otterbox or life proof case. Very thin I wouldn't have one without a case. It is fast and worth the cost if it is a Verizon or At&t phone but I can't recommend a Straight talk version that one really gives this phone a bad name. I really like this phone it's awesome.
- Why you bought it * I bought it as a replacement for another phone that didn't meet my needs for Memory space and a tad bit more speed. * - What you like most about it Can run everything I wanted to throw at it and the screen is beautiful and space for a lot. * - What you dislike about it. Has a habit of audible [realistic] sounds at any time of day (I have it set not to check email automatically and gmail still checks late at night) and sometimes updates when I've told it to do only on wireless(I find a bunch of updates noted at updated before my wireless came on in the morning). Also 4.1.2 seems to have a problem syncing with services like hotmail and I end up with duplicates arriving after I've deleted from inbox and trash on my home pc. * - Whether or not you would buy the product again. I think I would, though with the Samsung 4 coming that thought wanes if I get a good auction sale in on ebay. Its too quiet when I want it loud but too loud with its notifications and they are set lower and that irks me my lesser phone kicks arse with that need. I think I'll need a good pair of head phones to fill that external sound need. *Read full review
