Fits the typical big box store 10x10 canopy. The top tier square was a bit big for the canopy we have but it actually sits on the rails nicely, it doesn't even look like it's not fixated to the rails since it zippers to the bottom tier. I couldn't find anything that would fit our canopy on the top tier. I'm happy I chose this one. Also, the color is like a cream color, more of an off white I suppose.

It is the second one that I bought, Wife lost the Mosquito Netting last year.
The day it arrived I took the old top off and put the New one on. This new one come with zippers and I like that much better. It took about 15 minute to get both zipped together and we were ready for dinner outside. I gave it a 5 star rating 5 minute later. This is the second 5 star rating and I still love it and have been using it for the last three weeks. Good investment.

Does not fit well.
This is a really ill fitting gazebo cover. The dome part is twice the size it should be for this manufacturers frame and the sides are about 3 inches too long.

The best new replacement on Ebay!
My original canopy only had a total of 8 drain holes and rain water would pool after ever storm and I would have to go outside and push the canopy from the inside up and over the edge to drain the rain water. This canopy has 16 drain holes and I have not had to drain the top like the old one once. One little thing about this canopy is that the screen walls are too long and too much of it lays on the ground, about 8" sits on the ground.
