I am a Bare Minerals user, so buying UD for myslf took me out of my comfort zone. While I like the colors of the eyeshadow, and how nicely it layers, I am disappointed that it faded by the end of the day. I am glad I pirchased it here and not in a store where I would have paid twice as much.

The pallets are okay not that great of quality I think it would have been better if the packaging itself wasn't falling apart but I think this would be great for someone who's just starting out in makeup maybe someone who's around 15 or 16, as a Christmas gift or something but for seasoned makeup artists just stick with Urban Decay it's worth it to spend the money on them instead of looking for the cheaper alternative

I purchased the product to wear daily and on special occasions. The color palette is very nice with a range of nudes from light to dark. I like the smoothness of application when it goes on. The pigmentation ranges depending on the look you are trying to achieve. I use MAC makeup and Covergirl. In comparison, it is better than Covergirl in smoothness because Covergirl breaks apart easily and can get a bit too powdery. In comparison to MAC they are pretty much even. I truly don't see a difference between the two. It is a good product that I will purchase again.
