Nice awning, but there were a number of loose threads. Also had areas where it looked like velcro was stitched in the wrong place, then removed, leaving stitch holes. A tube of seam sealer solved the problem.

Customer service is excellent, my item was delivered to the wrong house, I was expecting a scam when I got a notification that the item had been delivered but wasn't here. I contacted customer service and they didn't just blow me off, they responded very quickly. The USPS worker delivered the package to the wrong house.
