The picture quality of all dye sublimation printers is excellent, but the operation of this model is terrible. I used this with a pictbridge camera and it worked well for about two dozen prints and then it refused to print again. I kept getting error messages like print error and paper error and nothing I could do would get it to function. Since I have a Mac I was never able to get this to interface, but the point would have been moot because of the error messages. Please also be aware that only PHC-40 paper and ink are compatible with this printer. Beware that Ebay is flooded with offerings of ink and paper for an older model. This purchase as a waste of money and I am filled with remorse. See my review for the Canon Selphy. It is far superior!
