So this product is not genuine Takara tomy. It's absolutely a Midfake. How can I tell? -This is way too tall for any L-Drago. While more anime-accurate, being this tall is a bit of an issue -The rubber on the sides is way too hard. It's basically another type of plastic instead of silicone. -There is glue seeping out of the top, and the actual "White" plastic part is more of a pearl finish -There's a bit of a sprue still on the spin track. Overall, this L-Drago is not up to par with the Takara Tomy version. If you're looking for a real one, keep looking. However this does come with a left string launcher, which is actually pretty good and didn't break on the first pull. 3/5

This one is the real deal made by the original licensed manufacturer (from what I understand), made of metal, super sturdy. My son LOVES, LOVES, LOVES it! He says it’s his best one since all of his other ones are constructed of plastic, making his Mateo L Drago the fastest and toughest on his collection. He says it’s undefeated among all of his friends. It was pricey however, but worth it for a birthday splurge.
