well the reason i bought the product was that i am a huge gears of war fan.not only of the game but i have read all the novels as well.also i really wanted the marcus fenix statue because he is my favorite character in the series.what i like about the product is how amazingly fun the game is. and how well together the whole epic edition is.and the statue is highly detailed.the thing i did notlike about this product is how small the cog flag that is included is.it is about the size of a hand towel.but that is a small gripe.in terms of how this product compares to others it blows them all away it is the best collecters edition i own. i mean the statue is huge much bigger than i thought
I bought this item because I have thoroughly enjoyed the Gears of War series and really wanted the to have what was included in the epic edition. I like all of the items included, but I was really looking forward to having the Marcus Fenix statue and COG flag. Some of the photos and diagrams are cool to have, but for me it's cool to see them once and then I lose interest in it because I don't know what to do with them. I will say that I have enjoyed items which have the statues, such as Halo Reach and Assassins Creed. In my opinion, I think it would have been really interesting if the statue included some of the other characters in the story, but the background montage makes it more interesting. I'm very happy with my purchase and will enjoy this forever.
