Baseball is actually fun. to catch a fly ball you use the gamepad and you use the game pad for pitching. it's fun stuff.
tennis and bowling get a little old quick but they have fun training sections.
boxing is not fun.

I've tried all of the games but like the golf the best. It helps me with my actual golf game. The golf swing is close to the real thing and makes you work out.
