Super Ghouls 'N Ghosts is a sequel to the NES title Ghouls 'N Ghosts. And buddy its not any easier. This may be the most diffecult game you ever play. Level 1 is extremely hard! The object is to make your way to Level 8 (Good luck...) and rescue the princess who's been kidnapped by Demons. If you get hit a piece of armor is broken off. If you fall you lose. If a wave knocks you over you lose. Notice a pattern? The knight you play as does have a wide variety of weapons but they all do very little good since most hazards can't be destroyed. The bosses and Mini-bosses have extreme power and a high HP to boot. Regaining your armor and finding armor upgrades are the rarest things in the game and you'll usually lose it in three to five minutes anyway. You will break many a controller in frustration trying to make it to level 8 so thats why cheat codes were invented. If you desperately want this game cheats are what I reccommend. If you want to play fair bring some stress balls with you. All thsi game is is a SNES Title on the GBA. Wait for Ultimate Ghouls'N Ghosts on the PSP...Read full review

This is one of the best games Capcom produce ever. It combines adventure with magic and pure evil to produce a game that is totally breathtaking. I decided to buy this game since played the original version on super nes and I loved this one. I really hope that some day Capcom produce another 2d version of this game!!!!.
Very hard game! in fact, insanely hard on easy. but really enjoyable and also fits right in the pocket
Now I can take Super Ghouls n' Ghosts with me where ever I want. Not only that but the graphics are jacked up. Great game just got that much better. WooHoo!
