Far as I know the most unique light gun game released for the NES. Great for those of us that still have a CRT, otherwise, pointless. But if you have the means to play it, it's an interesting hybrid of a shooting game and a platformer. I dunno how long it takes the novelty of the weird gameplay to wear off, But it's neat when you first try it.

As the picture of the cover art of this game clearly states this game is compatible with the Nintendo zapper. This game quite possibly, is one of the worst games I've ever played. For you to understand that last sentence, I would have to explain what the game is about. The game Gumshoe is about a character that continues walking forward without you having the ability to control his movements, aside of jumping. And to jump, you guessed it, you aim at the character with the zapper and pull the trigger. You need to do this to navigate the landscape, and to avoid danger. Well it sounds like a decent idea, except for the fact that the gun doesn't always work when you shoot the character, and overall levels are difficult. I remember playing this game as a kid. Now my kids enjoy it as much as I used to. It's not hard to play like I said my 3 yr old really likes playing it when she gets home from preschool
