Though I have grown up knowing Mario and occasinally Sonic and Kuckles, my boyfriend showed me Earthworm Jim. At first, I was a bit... grossed out. Why was this Space Worm using his head as a grappling hook? But as I have played various silly and insane levels, I soon realised that Earthworm Jim is an overlooked character that's just like Mario(in some points) but never really was given much of a chance. And believe me, he's worth it.

Earthworm Jim is fun on SNES. But Earthworm Jim: Special Edition is a improved 10x. You now can start where left of with the password system. There is a new Gun. There are even new Worlds. And like all Sega CD games the sound is a lot better.
Remake of the orignial Earth Worm Jim. Must have for any collection! Fairly hard to come by. Grab it when you see it. This and Popful Mail are hard to come by and totally worth it
