Another game with complex controls that are not always easy to adjust to. The graphics quality is rather good for a Game Gear game, even fair for the era in general. First time playing can be daunting in fact, as it has points were you ask: "Now what am I supposed to do." Overall once you get the game figured out (if you have not gotten frustrated and quit playing) it is an entertaining game. Makes for a neat collectable if your into Batman or the Game Gear.
Batman Forever is the second Batman game released for the Sega Game Gear. You can play as Batman or Robin. The graphics aren't as good as they could've been and the music isn't no picnic either. This game is very challenging. You will go through lots of levels until you reach Two Face and the Riddler in the final battles. In order to get the good ending, you have to beat each level with 100%. There are lots of secrets you have to find to obatin that 100% rating. I don't think it was necessary for the developers to do this with the game. I bought this because I am a serious video game collector and it looked like it wasa promising game. Boy was I wrong. If you feel you need to pick this up, get at your discretion.
In 1995 I bought a Sega Game Gear console, with the classic Packman Game, but all time I wanted to buy the "Batman Forever" Sega cartridge (I saw it one time, but someone bought first). ¡¡¡ 18 years later I have one !!! ... and other things of the film.
