Mario Party 3 is a great game. Far as comparison goes, some different than mario party 2. If youre looking for it to be better than 2, it depends how you look at it. Theres a lot of new games, but you can tell this is around when they started running out of ideas. The game boards get more complicated, and it becomes more difficult with the inclusion of more chance occurances. Bigger learning curve if youre sitting around with friends. It's still a good lots of fun and there are some games right away you know are instant hits. Only real problem with the game is some minigames and stages have to be unlocked through single player, and its just not what this games about. If you already, got mario party 2 this makes a great added option to play on and off with it, if not Id suggest checking out mario party 2 first, then jumping into this later.Read full review
As of right now I have no problems whatsoever. I received the game a day before the expected arrival date. The game literally is like new there's no scratches or dents on the cartridge and when I started playing it I had no issues.

Just got my game can't wait to play it. The shipping was taking way long but I forgot about the Hurricane's and that dose affect the shipping time, I still got my product and it's in great condition. Great retro game. Price keeps going up as the title and platform gets older. The kids that played this are now adults and don't mind dropping the $$ to have this in their collection, so sellers boost the cost accordingly.

This was a great find for $10 and a wonderful nostalgia trip, but I now remember the original frustration. The game is not balanced at all. Usually, whoever is in power stays that way for many turns and eventually wins the game. But who can complain? That's the way it was back when I first played it, and it's just a great game still. But if you want a more balanced party game for 4, try Mario Party 2 and 3. They make much-needed improvements over this one.
