Tekken 2 is a reminder of the good old days for me about the Tekken series, I have Tekken 7 on my ps4. While the newest game has great graphics, Tekken 2 has easier, balanced gameplay and better end story visuals. There’s good and bad to both games. Someone once said (I’m paraphrasing) the Tekken series are games that don’t hold your hand, it’s about skill building. There also considered classical fighting games in how they are laid out, in comparison to say mortal kombat 11, which is easier, and offers more goodies and options. I think overall each of these games is good for different reasons. I’m a casual gamer who likes a mild challenge and wants to be entertained. Each of these games offers great graphics, stories and gameplay.

I first received this game Christmas 1997, less than one year after my older half-brother rented it from Blockbuster back in Christmas 1996. Me and my older half-brother would play the hell outta this game until bedtime.after I received this product. I even played this with some of his friends even his now ex-girlfriend. I had to replace my old game after it got scratched and ruined. Brings back old memories. I love fighting games. I still play em to this very day. This is THE BEST GAME I EVER PLAYED!!!

Tekken is a fantastic fighter. theres no way around that. but what makes it good? I honestly can't tell what sets apart this game from street fighter besides personal preference. I love this game because controls are tight, I love this game because the characters range from stereotypical to down right insane. I love this game because the fights look like actual fights you'd see in a kung-fu movie. The only thing I don't like is that the fights are kinda slow, but that's my personal preference again. I like fast paced fights. My all time favorite fighter is BlazBlue because of this. But I still enjoy this game, and how varied the fighters are. My personal favorite is Eddy but he doesn't appear until Tekken 3. this game is great. Not as good as three (which is the game I grew up with and was actually the game I thought I bought but oh well)but still a blast to playRead full review
