In SwordCraft Story 2 you find different material and weapon molds. You can use these to forge new weapons for your character. The weapons that you make can also be upgraded using other material. This can give your weapons special moves and abilities. In terms of weapon customization SwordCraft2 is the best in the RPG genre on the GBA. Pros: There are lots of weapon customization, and lots of different weapons to forge. You can pick among different friend creatures at the start of the game. Each creature that you pick has a unique personality. The friend creature plays an important role in the game's story. Different creatures will cause different events to occur, changing the story. The game's combat set up like a simple fighting game. You can: attack, block, jump, crouch or use a special move. This setup works well, and is a welcome change of pace from traditional turn based RPGs. The game also offers few unexpected surprises; like the ability to break opponent's weapons and then be able to forge 'em, or the ability to transform! Cons: SwordCraft Story 2 is short for an RPG. The game can be beaten by most players in around 15 hours. However, the extra content will keep players coming back even after the credits finished rolling.Read full review

What I liked about the game other than the plot was the graphics. Most RPG's are rated high for their graphics, and this game had high quality ones. I also liked how the character's differed depending on your partner and gender of the main character.
An awesome game which I cant wait to play! I totally recommend it !! A true must have for GBA/SP/DS owners! Summon Night Swordcraft Story 2 takes you into a land of mystical wonder, you'll love it really ;D!
My son was thrilled with the game and still is! He is an avid adventure/role playing game freak. He is pleased with the overall appearance and skill levels for the game. It was well worth the investment. Highly recommended.
