I love these old NES games. As I get older, my reflexes are fading (along with my memory) and these games let me enjoy playing without all the shoot-em-up so prevalent in the newer games. This is a game I owned about 20 years ago. I gave all my games and equipment away when I moved and am just now getting back to it. DWIII was one of my favorites and still is. This was my first purchase on ebay and I paid too much for it judging by the other copies I've seen for sale. From now on I'll bid and let the chips fall. Overall the game is a classic and I would recommend it for anyone who plays old NES RPG's.
I'm a serious,classic game collector.I lost alot of the items I have purchased off e-bay in a storage building fire many years back and searched all around at many,many gaming stores to replace the items to no avail,but E-Bay and the people I have dealt with so far,cannot possibly be described other than AWESOME! thank you all so much for the great stuff and opportunities you offer. Haven't had a copy of this for years, but wanted to make sure I had this along with Final Fantasy. I like this game slightly better than FF because of the customization of characters and the ability to change classes during the game. It's possible to make super players starting out with Soldiers. My goal every time I play this game is to get the Golden Claw as quickly as possible to attract monsters in droves. Please try this game, it's the best Nintendo RPG to date.

Fantastic game series! Recommend to anyone who loves RPGs. In my opinion these games surpass Final Fantasy in every way. Dragon Warrior is only over shadowed by Chrono Trigger.
