I call it a sleeper because I had never heard anything about this game before coming across it. I put it into my Saturn and pressed the START button and BOOM! I was amazed at just how great this game is. Graphics are very well done. Sound is pretty good. Controls are spot-on. Gameplay is intense. Okay the sound is not great, even for the Saturn era, but the graphics are outstanding! The informative stuff can get in the way so I simply turn it off. The missle lock-on feature is somewhat unique for a top-down shooter and the more you lock-on before firing missles, the more points you get. This was one of five games that worked out of 16 games mynina18055 sold me as "Gently used". I got ripped off from this power seller in Hellertown PA but I'm glad this game works. It's a wonder it isn't more closely sought after. The backgrounds are great but this fast action game does not leave you much time to enjoy the scenery. I wouldn't break the bank to get this but if you can find a copy and get it somewhat cheap - then definitely get this game. Disk alone is worth $10 of your hard earned money. Twenty bucks is a good price for game, case, instructions - complete. Would have given this a 5 star rating if the developers had put the same highly polished care that they gave the graphics and gameplay to the sound.Read full review
