-Se l'oggetto vi verrà recapitato guasto o rovinato avrete diritto, entro e non oltre 14 giorni, al cambio con un nuovo oggetto. Le spese di spedizione sono sempre a carico del consumatore. L’oggetto deve essere riconsegnato con spedizione assicurata, con la sua scatola originale e quindi perfettamente imballato, con libretto istruzioni e una copia dello scontrino. Non rispettando anche una sola di queste condizioni non potremo sostituire l'oggetto.
