Fab quality - fab price!
I need to use epsom salts in a bath daily so of course I use alot of this stuff! Being able to buy it in bulk at a reasonable price with quick delivery is great ! But I was also very pleased with the quality of these salts! The salts themselves are larger than ones I've bought before but found pouring them from the container into the bath much easier because they don't tend to get stuck together! To give you an idea of what I mean - it's more like pouring white sugar into the bath rather than table salt which makes life so much easier when your disabled like I am!I need to use epsom salts in a bath daily so of course I use alot of this stuff! Works Well
Bought it to try out for putting in hot bath to relieve aches and pains. It seems to do the job more effectively than a bath with bath foam. Quantity good for price. Cheaper still if ordered in larger quantities, which, having tried it, will now do. Delivery was excellent. Manufacturer looks reputable.

Relax and sleep
I have an Epsom Salt bath whenever I feel stressed and want to relax before bedtime. The magnesium in the Salts is easily absorbed through the skin. You cannot overdose on magnesium in this way, but it will top up any deficit in your levels. I have also found that the baths help to soothe and improve eczema. Tomato food
I was advised to put Epsom salts at the base of my tomato plants. There has been a marked improvement in the fruit growth. I have also been told it works wonders for regretting the lawn, but this will wait. The value is really good twice as much for practically the same price as a kilo sold in a well known high street chemist.
