INFORMATIVA SUL DIRITTO DI RECESSO

Premessa:

Il consumatore (che deve essere una persona fisica che acquista la merce è non per scopi riferibili alla propria attività professionale per cui non indica

richiesta di fattura con partita iva) che per qualsiasi ragione non si ritenesse soddisfatto dell'acquisto effettuato, ha diritto di recedere dal contratto stipulato,

senza specificarne il motivo.

Termini:

Per i contratti già perfezionati con merce già ricevuta, bisogna darne comunicazione entro 14 giorni lavorativi dalla data del ricevimento.

Il reso è applicabile ai soli prodotti non utilizzati (in caso di componenti questi non devono essere stati installati) è se il materile è in blister chiuso

questi devono essere stati aperti. Per i prodotti in scatola questi possono essere visionati ma senza rovinare danneggiare o scondizionare tutto il prodotto e relativi accessori.

Nel caso di reso di prodotti scondizionati nella sola confezione, potrà essere addebitato un costo fino ad un massimo del 40% del valore stesso del prodotto reso.

Modalità:

Il recesso dovrà essere manifestato nei termini di cui sopra, mediante l'invio di una lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento all'indirizzo indicato nella fattura o scontrino allegata alla merce, specificando tutti i dati della vendita.

Alla ricezione della richiesta di recesso verrà inviato al cliente la relativa autorizzazione a mezzo mail, alla restituzione della merce.

Sempre entro il termine di giorni 14 lavorativi dovranno essere restituiti al mittente-fornitore.

Il diritto di recesso è sottoposto comunque alle seguenti condizioni :

1) non possono usufruire del diritto di recesso chi acquista con partita iva

2) il diritto di recesso si applica al prodotto acquistato nella sua interezza, il bene acquistato deve essere integro e restituito nella sua confezione originale,completa in tutte le sue parti

(compresi imballo ed eventuale documentazionee dotazione accessoria, manuali cavi ecc) è rivendibile come nuovo;

Per limitare i danneggiamenti alla confezione originale, raccomandiamo, quando possibile, di inserirla in una seconda scatola, e VIETATA in tutti i casi

l'apposizione di etichette o nastri adesivi direttamente sulla confezione originale del prodotto;

Le spese di restituzione e i mezzi di cui avvalersi saranno a carico e a responsabilità del Cliente che non verrà risarcito nel caso in cui i beni venissero persi o danneggiati.

Allegare al reso copia fattura o scontrino originale.

Una volta ricevuta la merce “Electronic Megastore” verificherà le buone condizioni di questo,

provvederà all'emissione di una nota di credito dell'importo versato dal Cliente privo dei costi di spedizione iniziali affrontati da "Electronic Megastore" per la spedizione del materiale. Entro il termine di 30 giorni verrà rimborsata la nota di credito nel caso in cui il Cliente non decida di acquistare merce pari all'importo risultante dalla nota di credito.
