Thinking straight to save marriages !!
Dr. Beck, a pioneer in cognitive therapy and treatment for depression, puts his knowledge and experience in this book for couples. With a sprinkling of examples in this 414 page paperback, suggestions for communication, expectations and how our thought process can make or break a relationship are in each page of this one. Extremely useful for therapist involved in assisting couples as well as couples who are wanting to rebuild a positive, loving relationship. While not intended to replace professional assistance, this book is a definite help for motivated spouses.
