Recently, I had a few of the songs from "Who's Next" stuck in my head. I couldn't find my copy despite a thorough search, so I looked on eBay to find a replacement. As it turns out, there was a newer, deluxe version out with the original songs, alternate versions of some of them, and a live show featuring many of the songs from the album. It now is in regular rotation in my car with "The Who Sell Out" and some old, old Fleetwood Mac CDs. This album is a must for any fan of The Who, If you don't have it, then buy it!

While slightly forward in the highs, it has great detail. The album never really had a great deal of low end, and this mix faithful to that. Roger's vocals are clear and Pete's guitar work is definitely up front as usual. Overall, it's a worthwhile version for any Who fan.

The remastering quality is great and the main reason I bought it. The live bonus disc is a nice addition and definitely worth listening to . I'm not much into outtakes but these are good.
