This is my 5th attempt to contact you and you have not replied to any of my inquires - going on Day 4 now. I've been to your website to make contact as well as through eBay, but no response. The package arrived three days ago, and I was very disappointed. When I contacted you, I specifically asked for a vinyl "sheet" and not to be mounted on your typical hard plastic backing as I was planning to mount it on my own wooden base. It came mount on your plastic base, bent, warped, and torn!
