Can't fault the seller. Item at a good proice, free delivery, and arrived super fast (next day), so A+ for the seller. As for the product, it does what it says on the box, but I wish I hadn't bought it now. I had trouble getting the bike onto it, and now I can't get it off, I'm going to need help. Maybe it's the product design, or maybe I'm just too weak to manhandle a bike in and out of a chock. But none of that is the trader's fault, I will happily trade with bikezzone again.
