1.Ordering
AIM Tools makes every effort to provide full and accurate information on its listings of all goods offered for sale. The information is the same as that given to us by the manufacturer.

2.Shipping Cost

4.Payment
All of our goods are offered to you on an immediate payment basis. Your payment is due to us before we dispatch your goods and we accept Paypal and most credit/debit cards.
 
5.Delivery
Postage listed in Ebay maybe limited to specific geographic location within UK,Europe etc. For example, we may not able to deliver certain products to remoted areas in UK like Jersey, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland unless extra postage is paid. Countries like Greece, Cyprus, Norway, Iceland etc will also need extra charges . You will be contacted by our customer service team if you need to pay extra postage to deliver the products or refund the order.
Our standard delivery is handled by national carrier and in most cases you will receive your goods within estimated time listed in Ebay.
We will do all that we can to meet the date given for delivery. Please note that unless otherwise stated, delivery estimates are only estimates; they are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.
 
6.Availability
We aim to keep sufficient stock levels on hand. However, at times of unexpected high demand we may unfortunately run out of particular items. You will be contacted for cancellation and full refund or delay dispatch according to your preference.
 
 
8.Order Change Or Cancellation
We are able to change, cancel and refund your order before processing upon email request only. Notes on order will not be accepted.
However, these requests will not be successful once your order is processed by our team even your order status show as undispatched. You can follow our return process through eBay if you wish to return the goods for full refund. Return postage will be on your account.
 
9. 30 Days Refund
We will refund or offer an exchange within 30 days of your purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the returning products are properly packed, so it will not be damaged in the transit. You will be responsible for the cost of returning. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning the products.
 
10. 12 Month Guarantee
Within 12 month period of placing the order, you may return the item to us for repair or replacement. If upon inspection it is determined the fault is due to misuse or wear and tear, this will not be covered by the guarantee, and you will be liable to repair cost or replacement parts, as well as shipping costs

    Great polisher just let down by sparse instructions

    Bought with accessory pack. Good quality bag and large range of pads. Just let down by poor instructions..or rather lack of them. Couldnt fit main backing disk at first..then realised it was coveted with black sleeve. Very little idea which pad does what..had to do google search to find out. However once up and going it is a delight to use. Not too heavy and such an improvement to polishing by hand which always gave me shoulder ache. As noted by other reviewers it is a bit noisy but not excessive. All told the quality looks good and it works great. They just need to take on board the constant comments about poor instructions

    Im surprised that the positive reviews are true!

    Well worth the money, especially when you buy with the bag and accessories. Its comfortable on the hand and noise levels are acceptable but can be heard, so would not advise using it in evenings in your drive! Very good for the DIY and weekend warriors. If you are new to this, then i would advise getting Maguires Ultimate Compound and Polish from Halfords as they are on sale at £12 a bottle. Do not use G3 Advance Liquid as thats for Rotary machines. Remember watch loads of Youtube videos, test the white and orange pad first and see which one works for you. Remember different cars have different level of hardness on clear coat, so if your pads are not performing well its not the machine its the pad or the compound you are using. My rule of thumb is setting 4 for compounding, going very ...

    Great Entry to DA Car Polishing

    Spent quite a bit of time researching DA polishers and so far, I'm delighted with the Katsu. I'm pretty sure this is essentially the same product as a DAS6 Pro but about 1/3 of the cost. General advice was to avoid the DAS6 with smaller 600w motor as it was not quite powerful enough. Did worry that the pads would be poor quality, but they seemed fine to me... having said that, I've nothing to compare it to and I'm sure if you use Chemical Brothers Hex pads, you'll get quicker results. But as this was a first attempt, time was not a concern. I did struggle to get clarity as to what pad does what. After lots of Googling I came to this conculsion: White pad - Use for compounding Orange pad - Use for light compounding and polishing Black pad - Use for light polishing and finishing Woolen ...

    Well pleased

    This is the first da I have purchased so I did a lot of reading and research, I took guidance from various reviews and have not been disappointed, the only previous noted issue which could be explained which pad does what ? This I feel would have been easy to have printed and supplied with a superb quality product. This does an excellent job and works as I expected with very good results.

    Great cost effective polisher

    After plenty of research on Dual Action polishers I decided to purchase the Katsu and I am very pleased with it. It came with a very useful bag and lots of foam bonnets. I have used the Katsu to compound glass fibre and get rid of the oxidation followed by polishing and waxing. The Katsu did a great job and saved a lot of time and effort
