I bought this to install on my 1998.5 ram 3500 4x4. For 1999 and older you will need a 2001 or 2002 pitman arm for this to be a direct bolt on. if you have a 2001 or 2002 model 2nd gen it's a direct replacement and nothing needs to be modified or changed to make this work.
