das Gerät könnte ich nur paar Stunden testen, danach hat das Gerät kurzschluss gehabt, und FI-Schalter ist herausgesprungen, laut verkäufer das Gerät sollte im vorfeld getestet wurden!!!!, der Verkäufer will das Artikel nicht zurücknehmen und droht noch mit Anwalt, ich kaufe seit über 10 Jahren sachen über Ebay, solche verkäufer habe ich nie erlebt.

Gewerblicher Käufer haben ausdrücklich kein Rücktrittsrecht, ABER natürlich Gewährleistung. Wir haben den Käufer mehrfach gebeten, im Rahmen der zugesicherten Gewährleistung zurückzusenden. Es gab auch ein Kulanzangebot zur Rücknahme. Beides wird jedoch leider ignoriert.
