The item arrived in used condition, and missing the super clamp. I gave the seller the opportunity to make this right, but was met with negativity and zero accountability. I’m a returning customer too. I have bought two auto poles from them previously and they arrived perfectly. This latest one has been used and the super clamp removed. They take forever to ship orders too, everything’s at a snails pace. So don’t be in a rush for your order.

First of all the delivery time depends on the processing time from customs in GB. Then this also depends on the speed of payment of customs duties and the buyer. We have no influence on either.
We sent new goods. The buyer states that he received the package opened. We asked the buyer whether he had this noted when the delivery person accepted the package.
We received no response from the buyer but a negative rating.
