Solo se admitirá devolución a nuestro cargo cuando no tuviésemos en stock artículo de reemplazo, en el caso de disponer del artículo de reemplazo se enviará una vez nos llegue el artículo supuestamente defectuoso.

Si el cliente tuviese extremada urgencia en la llegada del artículo de reemplazo, puede optar por la realización de nueva compra y una vez comprobado el fallo del artículo se procederá al abono de la primera compra.

En caso de componentes de portátil, se vende lo que se ve en la fotografía, la información del modelo en el título es solo es una ayuda a la búsqueda puesto que un mismo modelo de equipo puede llevar diferentes componentes según su año de fabricación o configuración propia, solo se reembolsará importe total incluido vuelta del artículo cuando el artículo se comprueba fallo de fabricación o que el artículo sea sustancialmente diferente a la fotografía del anuncio , no presente ninguna marca de uso o manipulación y no tuviésemos reemplazo del mismo.

Si el componente suministrado fuera visiblemente diferente al componente que necesita el cliente, se entenderá que no se ha observado con detenimiento la fotografía o que no se ha desmontado previamente el equipo antes de comprar el repuesto, por lo que no se admite devolución con transporte a nuestro cargo.

No se devolverá ningún importe si el material nos llega visiblemente dañado o no llega con los embalajes originales.
