Am 2.2.24 eine Kondensatpumpe nach Bestellung zügig erhalten. Nach dem Auspacken festgestellt das diese Pumpe ein Loch (!) hat und unbrauchbar ist. Am selben Tag per Mail reklamiert und nach mehreren Tagen ohne Reaktion des Verkäufers nochmal schriftlich reklamiert. Bis heute (12.2.24) erfolgte keine Reaktion. Sehr unerfreulich und nicht nachvollziehbar. Aus diesen Gründen kann ich diesen Anbieter nicht empfehlen.

Habe 2 WC-Sitze bestellt. Beide waren gebrochen und waren nicht original verpackt. Auf Nachfrage war die Aussage, schicken Sie zurück, ich reklamiere das bei DHL. Die Kartons waren aber nicht deformiert. Ich glaube die WC-Sitze waren schon beschädigt, da sie auch nicht original verpackt waren. Auf weitere Nachfrage wie der Rückversand ablaufen soll bzw. ob mir der Artikel neu zugesandt wird, wenden Sie sich an Ebay. Auch das hat nicht geklappt. Musste erstmal anrufen, da sich keiner gemeldet hat

Hallo , leider sind die Aussagen nicht ganz korrekt.Die WC Sitze waren defekt aber original verpackt , desweiteren wurden dem Kunden ein Rücksendelabel zugesandt und die Rückgabe lief damit ganz regulär ab.
