Grundsätzlich kam er Artikel wie abgebildet an. Die Verpackung war für diesen filigranen und dennoch schweren und wertvollen Artikel fast schon unzureichend. Die österr. Post musste die Verpackung ausbessern und neu verpacken. Zum Glück kam die Dampfmaschine trotzdem heil an. Bei der Kommunikation gibt es Verbesserungsbedarf. Auf meine Fragen kam keine einzige Antwort zurück.
