Ich wandte mich an den Verkäufer, der sich entschuldigte und mir ohne Drumrum direkt eine Rückerstattung veranlasste. Ich werde mit Sicherheit wieder bei ihm kaufen, alles lief unkompliziert und der Herr ist wirklich sehr nett. Er kann ja auch nichts für den Transportschaden, der Artikel war eigentlich top verpackt.
